The touchscreen is easy to use. You can change options silently, without using the physical buttons.
Touchpad AF lets you select a focus point on the rear screen while using the viewfinder. This is a fantastic feature and this touchscreen is useful in multiple ways.

The menu system is organized well and intuitive. The touchscreen only makes it better. You can change menus and options easily.

The Electronic View Finder is a Live view. So what you see is what you get. Any changes to the exposure including aperture, shutter, iso and white balance are effective immediately so you know what image you’re getting.

This is such a great feature to see exactly what’s in focus. It illuminates the focus areas within the depth of field. It’s available in manual focus mode.

Highlight overexposed areas with zebra patterns to determine if the exposure needs adjusting.

Has four custom modes: C1, C2-1, C2-2, and C2-3. Ten programmable function buttons can be used to control a wide variety of settings and tools.

4k video @ 100mbps. It also features a 4k photo mode and post focus, useful for focus stacking.
18. Bracketing

The G85 has the same updated bracketing options as the GX85, including aperture and focus bracketing (in addition to exposure and white balance). When bracketing aperture, users can select to bracket 3, 5 or all available apertures.
When bracketing focus, users select the number of focus ‘steps’ between shots, as well as the number of shots, which can range from 2 to 999.
